Advanced Materials Technologies celebrates its first full impact factor of 5.395.

Launched in 2016, Advanced Materials Technologies is a top-quality journal for all technology-related materials applications research, with particular focus on advanced device design, fabrication and integration, as well as new technologies based on novel materials. 2019 is an exciting year for the journal as it has just received its first full Impact Factor of 5.395.

Other highlights this year include an Advanced Intelligent Systems Special Series, consisting of invited-only articles that showcase the outstanding achievements of leading international researchers working in the field of intelligent systems, also collected as a Virtual Issue under Special Features. We also organized a Special Issue devoted to Microfluidics, guest-edited by Prof. Andrew deMello from ETH Zürich, one of our Co-chairs of the Editorial Advisory Board.

We have collected a Best of 2018 virtual issue presenting the best articles written by experts from all over the world and cover a multitude of topics, including sensors, 3D printing, stretchable electronics, and many more.
