Alicia Gutiez completed an internship at Wiley in 2025, assisting the Advanced Science News team alongside handling scientific manuscripts. In 2026, she will continue her scientific career at the Philipps-Universität Marburg, Germany, where she obtained her BSc in the Physics of Green Technologies, with a focus on microscopic theory applied on 2D magnets.
