Dr. Radu Sporea is a lecturer (assistant professor) in power electronics and semiconductor devices at the Advanced Technology Institute (ATI), University of Surrey.
His current research draws on prior experience of designing ultra-low-power CMOS analog circuits and focuses on advanced semiconductor devices and their integration into mass-market, cost-effective applications, including sensors and physical-digital interaction systems.
