In a brochure titled „Special Optical Fiber Technologies“, Leoni Fiber Optics presents a review of various solutions for laser beam transmission with laser cables.

The application fields for the laser cables with Losch High Power Technology include all fiber coupled laser system such as high-power, semiconductor, solid-state and fiber lasers for industrial and medical applications in all spectral ranges from UV to IR.

Featuring a high vertical integration, Leoni Fiber Optics can influence every production process from preform-production to cable assembly according to the customer’s needs. Laser cables allow high power transmission typically in a range from several watts to kilowatts.
