The Macromolecular Journals Poster Prize Awards

For more than a decade the Macromolecular Journals have been regularly sponsoring prizes for the best poster presentations at selected international conferences. In collaboration with the organizers or a dedicated prize committee, the winners are carefully selected to award not only some of the most exciting presentations – but to also ensure that preferably the work of aspiring younger scientists is highlighted.

The prizes include vouchers for books from the Wiley/Wiley-VCH program and free subscriptions to selected Macromolecular Journals. And for the winners it may be even more important that additional interest is attracted to their scientific work and results.

To support the latter aspect, all poster prize winners since the year 2000 are presented on a dedicated Macro Awards site, co-hosted by the Macromolecular Journals homepages and by MaterialsViews.com to ensure wide visibility.

The winners for the first half of the year 2012 have recently been announced. Please find short descriptions of the awarded work here. You may also want to browse through the previous years and have a look at what was state of the art and in the focus of interest back then.
