2016 Journal Impact Factors Polymer Science

Wiley’s polymer journals publish research on topics ranging from polymer solar cells to drug delivery systems and from polymer synthesis to composite materials.  In this category, Macromolecular Rapid Communications received an excellent Impact Factor of 4.26, once again confirming its position as a top journal publishing original research in general polymer science. The Impact Factor for Macromolecular Chemistry and Physics increased to a value of 2.50 for 2016.

Macromolecular Reaction Engineering confirmed its outstanding position in the field with an Impact Factor of 1.57, an increase of 25.1%. Macromolecular Materials and Engineering, which focuses on the design, modification, characterization, and processing of advanced polymer materials, received its highest Impact Factor ever: 2.86.

The Journal of Applied Polymer Science has a new Impact Factor of 1.86.  The Journal of Polymer Science maintains its strong reputation in the polymer community with 2016 Impact Factors of 2.95 for the Journal of Polymer Science: Polymer Chemistry and 2.83 for the Journal of Polymer Science: Polymer Physics.
