Video Interview: Christopher Barner-Kowollik

Have you ever wondered what the role of an advisory board member of a scientific journal looks like? To find out, we talked to Christopher Barner-Kowollik from the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology KIT and Queensland University of Technology.

Originally trained as a physical chemist, Christopher is probably mostly known for his work on RAFT polymerization, including the famous Handbook of RAFT Polymerization. He joined the international advisory board of Macromolecular Rapid Communications in 2006 and the board of Macromolecular Theory and Simulations in 2007. In 2011, he joined the executive advisory board for the complete Macromolecular Journal family.
